Product Destruction for 3PL Warehouses
Every warehouse ends up holding product that will never ship again. Damaged freight, returns that failed inspection, overstock a client won't reclaim, it takes up space and it's not yours to just throw away. We pick up and destroy your materials and hand you a Certificate of Destruction on every job, ensuring you have a clean record for your client, insurer, and your own files.
Product sitting in your racking is a liability, not just clutter
A 3PL warehouse holds inventory that belongs to someone else. When that product can’t ship, you’re stuck storing it, tracking it, and answering for it, usually with no clear owner and no easy path forward. Toss it in a regular dumpster and it can put your entire relationship with that client, and the warehouse itself, at risk.
Hold onto it too long and it eats space you need for inventory that actually moves.
- Damaged and unsellable freight taking up pallet positions
- Returns and refused shipments that failed inspection and can't be resold
- Overstock and dead inventory a client hasn't reclaimed or approved for disposal
- Recalled lots that need documented, traceable removal

A clean handoff, from your dock to Certificate of Destruction
Four steps. You point us at the product, we handle destruction, and you get paperwork you can file or forward to an auditor.
Assess & Verify
We review the product, the volume, and which client account it belongs to, then confirm the right method for the job.
Secure Pickup
We coordinate pickup around your schedule, with chain-of-custody tracking from the moment it leaves your facility.
Destroy & Divert
Products are de-packaged and destroyed. Material byproducts are recycled where applicable.
Certify
You get a Certificate of Destruction or Disposal you can file, forward to the client, or hand to an insurer.
Built for the volume that moves through a warehouse
Certified product destruction is a secure disposal method for inventory that’s permanently unsellable and unrecoverable. Warehouses and 3PLs rely on it when client contracts, chargebacks, or brand protection are on the line.
De-Packaging
We separate product from packaging so both streams get handled correctly and more material can be recovered for recycling.
Crushing & Baling
Our horizontal baler applies over 400,000 lbs of force, flattening packaged product fast at warehouse-level volume.
Shredding
40 HP High torque, low speed, dual shaft plant based shredder ensures product never reaches the market again. Strip size from 3/4″-1 1/4″ . Ideal for clothing, textiles, tires, and paper products.
Our 30 HP horizontal baler processes packaged product at scale, so a full trailer of returns or dead stock clears in one visit.
Built for the way a 3PL actually operates
We’ve spent 5+ years helping warehouses move product they can no longer store without creating a paperwork problem for themselves or their clients.
Certificate on every job
Every pickup ends with documentation you can hand to a client, an insurer, or for your own records, no extra request needed.
Full chain of custody
Tracking from pickup through destruction, so every job ties back to the right client account.
Recall & compliance ready
When a client asks how their unsellable stock was handled, you have a clean answer with documentation on file.
Scheduled or on-demand
Set up a recurring pickup for ongoing returns and overstock, or call us for a one-time clear-out when space runs short.
Truckload capacity
From a few pallets to a full trailer, we keep pace with warehouse volume.
Eco-responsible disposal
We certified disposal and divert wherever the material allows, instead of sending everything straight to a landfill.
Documentation that holds up when a client or insurer asks
A 3PL is responsible for product it doesn’t own. When something can’t ship, your client wants proof it was handled correctly, and your insurer wants records to back a claim. We give you both.
Every job gets a Certificate of Destruction and chain-of-custody tracking, so there’s a clean paper trail from the moment product leaves your dock to the moment it’s gone for good.

3PL Warehouse FAQs
Why can't we just send overstock or damaged freight to the landfill?
A landfill doesn’t guarantee secure disposal. Product sent there can be pulled by scavengers or unauthorized resellers and end up back on the market under a brand that never meant to sell it. For a 3PL, that’s a liability you don’t want tied back to your name. Certified destruction makes the product unrecoverable and gives you paperwork proving it.
Do you provide documentation we can pass along to our clients?
Yes. Every job includes a Certificate of Destruction or Disposal at no extra cost, along with chain-of-custody tracking. It’s ready to forward to a client, attach to an invoice, or file for your own records.
Can you handle a full truckload or set up a recurring pickup for returns?
Yes. We handle everything from a single pallet to a full truckload, and we can set up a recurring pickup schedule for returns and overstock instead of a one-off call every time.
How do you keep inventory from different clients separated?
Each job is tied to the right client account so nothing gets mixed up between accounts. If you want product tracked by SKU on the paperwork, include that list with your pickup and we’ll add it to the certificate.
Do you de-package product so packaging and inventory are handled separately?
Yes. We separate product from its packaging so each stream can be processed correctly, and more of the material can be recycled.
Do you destroy client-owned packaging and private label material too?
Yes. Branded cartons, inserts, and private label packaging can be destroyed alongside the product so none of it gets reused or reaches a secondary market.
What areas do you serve?
We provide services across California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Tucson. For warehouses outside these areas, we can arrange secure pickup and transport.
